I will be picking a winner at random from those who post anything at all (e.g. I'm going to leave this out here for about 12 hours to allow folks not based on the continent I'm on an opportunity to participate. Well, Thryennys surprised me with not only upgrading my account to have the expansion, but separating the base game in the battle chest code and providing me with a new key that I can give to someone else. When I reached out to support, I expected I'd only be able to burn the battle chest code and get an expansion added in return. Unfortunately, this code does not work through their automated system to allow me to add just the expansion to my account. So, for Christmas my wife got me the battle chest card with key code. My account already had the base Diablo 3 game, and I've been wanting to try out the expansion. The support person, Thryennys (I asked if it was okay to share the name, they said it was no problem), was extremely helpful with a situation I found myself in. ![]() I just wanted to share an awesome experience I had with blizzard support.
